hello -

when i plug my EDA343CUR Hbmiippx 34 inch monitor directly into my swift-edge laptop, i get a nice high resolution option (3440 x 1440) .

however, when i plug it into my wavLink WL-UG39DK3 docking station, i get a much smaller resolution option.

the acer display widget does not appear to have the resolution option unless i missed it.

is there any way to use this wonderful new monitor with the wavlink WL-UG39DK3 docking station and get the high resolution?

    From their website:

So, 2048x1152 is a lot lower resolution than the monitor supports.

edit: found a driver here: https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support/ED343CURV/downloads

but it didnt help. i just wrote to wavLink to see what they have to say.

i forgot the wavLink unit uses displayLink internally. that might have something to do with it.
