    You have 15 days after the delivery date to return a device to Acer Services or the retailer for a refund or unit replacement but if the laptop has major defects like a bad motherboard or panel you may get a replacement shortly after that period and repairs will fall under the 2-year warranty.

    I replaced my acer nitro V motherboard for faulty motherboard under warranty period as the GPU was not working properly and overheating. But still the same problem persists, I tried contacting customer care , acer support in my country and mailed them 7 to 8 times. It's still under warranty period, what can I do to replace my laptop. It's been only 10 months and the GPU got broken, they are also telling me that my warranty is expired. If nothing happens, I have to file a case in consumer helpline support.
