Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 - poor battery performance

Hello, I have this laptop in the version with i9-13900HX and RTX 4070. While everything is OK on the mains power supply, the laptop's battery power is limited to 27W (actually 25W). Changing the settings in Predator Sense or the control panel (the highest performance is set there) does not change anything. On battery power, this equipment essentially becomes a paperweight. Performance cores run at 800MHz... Can this be changed somehow? A laptop configured this way is useless on battery power.

Never run this laptop on battery only, always keep your power adapter plugged in and the battery 100% charged.

Great advice.... However, this is portable equipment. Sometimes the situation requires using it on battery, e.g. when processing photos or doing other work. I do not require it to be as efficient on battery as on mains power. But at least 55-80W for the processor could be used. Additionally, I noticed that when 30% of energy remains in the battery, the processor slows down even more and the Nvidia graphics card is practically completely cut off. This cannot be changed with any settings. On the battery, we only have two operating modes. Silent and balanced. It would be useful to have an Efficiency mode. I understand that the laptop takes care to last as long as possible on the battery, but such equipment is mostly bought by conscious people and they should have a choice for themselves. Especially since in other Aceras the same processor on battery reaches PL2 full 157W and then PL1 75W. This is my first equipment with an Intel processor in many, many years and I did not know that there were such differences in configurations.
