Hello

Onto my second replacement m3 now will have to go back because the touch pad falling out but the worst thing dam thing just lock up with the blue circle at random times, re built twice with win 8 64 bit so i dont believe its software and i have spwnt so much time troubleshooting only to find it randomly starts screwing up and a few hours, i believe its a lemon but hardest part will be getting acer to actually investigate as they always blame hardware and dont take the time to look deeper, i have a lot of experience and i just cant find any trace of what is causing it so i think its probably a component overheat or malfunction, close to smashing into pieces and buying another brand, anybody else suffer this issue with the acer m3 581 tg, cheers

No indicators in Event Viewer ? I usually save everything, clear, then restart the machine and wait for it to screw up. Then you can see what it was doing at that time.

actually yes all seems ok at the moment, I still have some weird event errors now but I think the issue has something to do with an esent database service (windows update) once I cleaned out windows update cache all seems ok, I have not had a good experience with this notebook I am on my second notebook due to motherboard issues and have wasted a lot of time due to faulty product, now I have to send back again as the touchpad is falling out but hopefully things will improve as its a good notebook when its working
