Why does my gpu overheat ONLY when charging my Nitro 5 AN515-57?

hello, I have had major temperature issues with my nitro 5 when plugged in and have tried just about everything to fix it. I fixed the cpu overheating by turning off turbo boost, but my gpu is still overheating, reaching 86 degrees. But AS SOON as I unplug my laptop from charging, the temperature drops 20-30 degrees in seconds and it no longer overheats. This is obviously still a problem because I would like to not worry about the battery and keep it plugged in.

Why is this happening? Is there anything specific I can do to fix it?

here are the things I’ve tired

  1. Laptop Cooler
  2. Lowering power settings
  3. Reinstalling Drivers and updating them
  4. Using a new charger
  5. Lowering Graphics Settings

nothing ended up helping. Please help me! Thank you!
