PHN16-71-795k Predator sense global pulsar lighting not working now?

I have PHN16-71-795k and my Global Settings on pulsar lighting is unclickable. is it bugged or what

    Try this : Disable Dynamic Light in Windows and disable Fast Startup , uncheck the
    Backlight off after 30 from Predator Sense . After you did that
    Shut-down and disconnect every usb you have , turn the laptop on and after
    windows loaded start connecting your usbs .

    In Windows's Settings > Personalization > Dynamic Lighting .

    And turn off Use Dynamic Lighting on my devices .

    Do this first , restart and go to Predator Sense see if it works .

    For those who are not able to change their keyboards lightning settings, they can try uninstalling the predator sense and installing it again after downlaoding it from the acer website. If ther is no hardware issue it should work afterwards.
