Laptop GPU has always been faulty but it's now out of warranty

Context : I'm not the most tech savy guy there is. When I bought this laptop back in 2021, I noticed there always was a sort of pixeling when launching games (see attached capture), but usually an alt-tab and back to the game would fix the problem. After a more knowledgeable friend took a look at it one evening, it seems this pattern usually applies when the GPU is faulty/dying. It turns out the pixeling stopped because the computer would switch to the integrated graphics instead of the GPU.

Now here's the fun part : my laptop is out of warranty, and I had that friend replace RAM and add a M.2 drive, on top of it not being covered by warranty anymore. The funny thing is : this problem has been there since I bought it ! Is there any way I can get my computer replaced anymore ?
