Hi,

I am seeing video and audio issues whenever I connect any bluetooth speaker or headphone and disconnect it.

Trying to uninstall and install bluetooth driver makes bluetooth driver (and even device manager) hang.

Once issue hits the only way to recover is to 'restart' the system/laptop.

Is there a way to fix this problem?

The Swift GO SFG14-71 has a Wi-Fi 6E and a BT 5.2 type card of either a Killer 1675i or an Intel AX211.NGWG,NVX type cards like shown below, these cards are reliable and should not freeze or hang your laptop in any way. Try to use the oem Acer Wi-Fi driver and Bluetooth driver only from the SFG14-71 Acer support page and don't update them and see if these Acer listed oem drives don't freeze or hang your laptop, if they do you have a faulty card so get a new Wi-Fi/BT card and see if that fixes this problem, as this should not be happening to your laptop if your laptop has a proper functioning Wi-Fi/BT card. Try that out and let us know how you make out.

    Thanks StevenGen.

After installing latest 'Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite' from Intel issue has been resolved.
