Hi,

I have a Predator PH317-52.

This week, my system crashed and I had to reinstall everything. I wanted to install Predator Sense as usual from the Acer website. I downloaded the installer and ran it, but unfortunately, the installer froze at some point. I received the message "Wait until the installation creator installs the Predator Sense Service." The progress bar remained empty, and nothing changed. I waited for 30 minutes, but nothing happened. What should I do?

I wonder if you are experiencing something more fundamental with the system. Do you have any tools to test the disk to verify it's clean and writable? Did yours come with a HDD or SSD? IIRC they had both options from the factory. At six years old it wouldn't be completely out of line for a disk to be failing…
