My new nitro 5 I just bought yesterday was windows 11, and my games do not work with windows 11 so I downgrade but after I downgrade to Windows 10 it deletes my audio drivers and I need them back so I can use my headphones and speakers. Its a Realtek audio driver(s) I've factory resetted my computer after but kept my personal files but it probably wouldn't make a change if I did delete all of my files. Could someone please give me Realtek audio driver download link or a tutorial? - SOLVED, I just reinstalled the audio drivers from the official acer website instead of the realtek website.

You shouln't downgrade a Windows11 machine as you will end up with a mismatch of W10 and W11 drivers. If you did a W10 clean install I recommend you bring your laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset everything to factory defaults and install OEM Windows11. Get only Windows11 games/programs, don't downgrade your OS/system to run Windows10 programs. You can also Clean install W11 but since you have audio issues and playing games it would be better to reset to factory defaults.

I love when people post a comment telling you don’t do this or that leave it be. I’m glad you found the solution. I was going to comment how to get them from Acer website but didn’t realize it’s an old thread.

does the laptop run any better on windows 10 then 11? I have the i9 12900H rtx4060 an515-58 and it has windows 11 and I absolutely hate it. Also been having a issue with randomly getting blue screen then a no bootable device error I just shut it down restart and it’s like it never happened
