購入時から100％マウス使用だったため、不具合に気付いたのが１週間ほど前です。
システムからタッチパッドのオンオフを切り替えたり、fn+F7　を試したりしましたが反応がありません。
私の見解では、初期不良だと思います。

While you are in the Main tab, press Ctrl+S button together, then Touchpad option will appear.

Hi Sawai,

Have you tried disconnecting the mouse and see whether the touchpad buttons working normally, I think because you keep connecting the Mouse and pressing Fn+F7, I may be wrong but you need to clarify it.

Go to BIOS screen and move to Main tab, check whether the Touchpad is in I2C mode( see the picture)

Normally, manufacturers give you 12 months warranty, if in doubt, please contact Acer support in your country.

マウスをはずして、fn+F7を試しても駄目でした。それと

BIOS画面のメインタブにTouchpadの項目がありません。

VMD ControllerからRe-Size BAR Supportまでの4行が存在しません。

12Cの表示になっていました。

　しかし、タッチパッドが、反応しないのは、変わらないです。

It was displayed as 12C.

Hi,
Go to the Acer driver support site and download Serial IO driver, extract it to the Desktop, then open Device Manager, expand System Devices, right click Intel Serial IO I2C Host controller and select Properties, move to Driver tab and click Update Driver and browse to Desktop where you have saved extracted folder, check the driver version of other Serial IO I2C Host controller driver, if they are not updated, perform the procedure again for each of them, reboot and try switching the Touchpad to Basic, reboot and switch to I2C, reboot and see whether the Touchpad functions properly.

12C の表示を確認しました。

　しかし、タッチパッドが反応しないのは、変わりません。

Hi,

Go to Device manager, go to Driver tab, then click uninstall driver, reboot and the Windows will reinstall the driver, you need to have Windows Operating system in the laptop, perform this action for each and every Serial IO drivers listed in the Device Manager, if that also don't help, you may have to try Repair install, you have to familiarise yourself by reading the tutorial in the link below.

If you need any clarification about the Repair install, let me know, you can keep the saved files intact, and it will repair only the Windows installation, it may have got corrupted, so Repair install will repair small functions.
