Hello, I already tried to lower the resolution with no change. On the specks of the laptop it says that it support 1900x1200 resolution, this is 16:10 and 1920x1080 is16:9, it should look and run better at the native resolution of 1900x1200. Is Acer lying about the supported resolution on my laptop or is there something that I missed?

    Thanks!

Hi @andreidoimetri resolutions are determined by the graphics card, the driver and the refresh rate. In principle, you can only use those that are operational. In any case, if your refresh rate is higher than 60Hz, try lowering it and trying other resolutions or check that the one you want appears.
The allowed resolutions are those that correctly use the screen and do not distort its content. Why do you need that resolution?

    Regards.
