Can't remove: Office Starter 2010 & Click-To-Run

First didn't like 2010's "ribbon"; then installed my old Office 2003 and OpenOffice that both proved to be very incompatible with Word/Excel 2010 files; then was unimpressed with very limited capabilities of the Starter versions of Word/Excel and found them high-jacking any Word/Excel downloads only to lead me to "2010 version expired" messages.

I need to upgrade and want to download Office 365, but would prefer to first be rid of the entire "Office 2010 Trial/ Starter" and "Click-To-Run" files seemingly on the partioned Q: Drive. My previous attempts at removal from the control panel have left the Starter inoperable, but still there. An attempt with the MS Fix-It Tool has failed to clean anything up. I am still denied access to the Q: Drive where all this resides.

Any solutions? ...suggestions?
