my previous account was BEWB , and I wanted to check the status of my last legitimate question which was https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/1252069 I didn't post random links, they were all relevant information. And my username is tied to what I call myself online (in its short form). Thanks in advance.

Yes, none of us other users will have any insight into that. Likely one or more of your links were considered SPAM.

    Hello,

I am facing the same issue where my profile has been blocked on the forum for reasons unknown to me. I did not include any links in my forum post. My message was a follow-up question regarding limiting the CPU temperature on my Acer Nitro 16 AN16-41 laptop to 80-85 degrees Celsius. I simply asked if program "Ryzen Controller" is suitable for my laptop and if there are any built-in features or recommended software to achieve this.

I tried reaching out to @Acer-Samuel and @Acer-Ingrid for assistance, but when I click on their profiles, I receive a "User Not Found" error message. Could someone please help me resolve this issue or guide me on how to contact the moderators directly?

    Thank you for your assistance!

P.S. I am using a translator to communicate on this forum.

You're profile page seems fine. Not blocked. 80-85°C is normal under heavy loads. You should only use driver and app updates for the AN16-41 model found at this link. You can also set your power levels to balanced or battery saver to lower temperatures.

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify that this is my new account, which I created to seek assistance on the forum from moderators or administrators.

Regarding the CPU temperature issue, my intention was to limit its maximum operating temperature to ensure quieter cooling system operation and prevent the CPU from operating at critically high temperatures, which can have a negative impact on its die. Additionally, this measure aims to prevent overheating problems (e.g., in the case of a clogged cooling system). I understand that this may affect the processor's performance and frequency, but it is not particularly important to me.

Thank you for your attention to this matter

Temperatures below 90°C for CPU and 86°C for dGPU under performance loads should not affect processor lives. Simply using battery-saver or best-batter-life mode will further reduce temperatures & performance. You can also try raising laptop about an inch above a hard surface while avoiding blocking any air vents. This should also reduce performance mode temperatures up to 5°C. Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately, I do not remember the exact username. The username might be "AlexGir" or "AlGir" but I am not certain.

Could you please let me know how I can find out my exact username?

Send a PM to moderator @Wick-Acer who's online right now to ask about this. Refer to this thread.

I have already sent a private message to the moderator @Samuel-Acer, who has promised to help me. Therefore, I think it would be inappropriate to write to another moderator.

Then you should wait for his response and also ask him any additional questions you might have regarding your previous Acer community account.
