Acer Predator Helios 3D backlight bleed issues after repair. Acer screwed me out of my return rights

My laptop (Acer Predator Helios 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition) came back from warranty repair (sent in for having more than 5 dead pixels), and while the new panel they installed doesn't appear to have dead pixels, it exhibits massive backlight bleed (see photo). It's visible even under ambient light. Usually, such massive backlight bleed is the result of the technician who did the panel replacement applying an incorrect amount of screw tightening. This is why "sending things for warranty repair" and letting some clueless repair tech fix your device is generally a bad idea.

However, Acer has screwed me out of my return rights and out of my DOA rights (see details here), so warranty repair was my only remaining option. And to my non-surprise, Acer's warranty repair service is also horrible. I don't know what to do at this point:

  1. Settle for junk despite the fact I paid £2800 for this laptop?
  2. Send it for warranty repair again and let some other clueless repair tech have a go?
  3. Try to get it returned and exchanged with a new unit? How? Acer didn't do that even back when they were obligated to (they sent me open-box junk instead).

Really, I am at a loss. I paid a lot of money for this laptop and all I am getting from Acer is junk open-box products pretending to be new (see linked thread for details) and a shoddy warranty service. What would you do in my position?

Obviously, I am never going to buy an Acer product ever again, but already they got my money, so I want to get this laptop up to spec or get a replacement that is up to spec. What would you do if you were me?

PS: Also, another annoyance: When I got the laptop back, it was covered in very visible fingerprints, even on the screen, because expecting from Acer repair techs to wash their hands before they try to repair my device is too much of an ask, apparently.

Also, another issue I forgot to mention: The bezel is not flush with the screen in the upper area, so again, this points to shoddy repair.
