My laptop is Nitro ANV15-51, recently i've realize that i can't open nitrosense no more it gave me this error screen. Apparently some important file is gone?

These are the text message:
```
Error: ENOENT, dist\widgets\main\index.html not found in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ULICTekInc.NitroSenseforNotebook_4.5.975.0_x64__nt9dgb7efx6bt\app\resources\app.asar    at createError (node:electron/js2c/asar_bundle:5:1243)    at Object.t.<computed> [as open] (node:electron/js2c/asar_bundle:5:2514)    at ReadStream._construct (node:internal/fs/streams:66:17)    at constructNT (node:internal/streams/destroy:281:27)    at processTicksAndRejections (node:internal/process/task_queues:82:21)
```

I have tried the following:
1. Reset and Repair on windows settings
2. Reinstalling nitro sense in this ( https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support/ANV15-51/NH.QNASN.001/downloads )

For now, it hasn't affected any of the laptop performance, but it concerns me that i unable to setup my fan speed, keyboard light, and other settings anymore.

    @SuyaFiku

    Uninstall the NitroSense service with revo uninstaller. This will remove all of the remaining files after the uninstallation, then reinstall the NitroSense again.

    Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
    Thank you and have a nice day!

    Thank you for your answer suggestion, but unfortunately the method that you suggest doesn't work for me. Still i want to express my gratitude for your suggestion in my stressful time.

    I have tried to delete Nitrosense using revo uninstaller then clearing all the remaining leftover, yet the problem still persist. I had also tried to delete it using control panel. So as a last resort i reset my pc using the "keep my files" option. And happy to say that my Nitrosense is back in business. Although i have to deal with the frustration of reinstalling all my apps.

    A reminder that i did this because i rather deal with the problem right now than to deal with them in the future where it might probably be worsen by then. And i think it's worth the time to backup and reinstall all my apps. If your nitrosense doesn't really affect your laptop and you think it's negligible and not worth your time, then i don't recommend to follow my way.

    For references, this is how I fix nitrosense on my Nitro ANV15-51 with windows 11:
    1. Backup your important files (I did use the "keep my files" option but who knows what could go wrong).
    2. Search "Reset this PC" and select the "keep my files" option. Wait for the reset process to finish and let it restart itself
    3. Once the reset and restart finish, you will notice all you apps and settings is has been reset. And if you go to Start > All apps you might not found your Nitrosense app. But don't panic, in the control panel it probably has already installed. If there is none you can install the Nitrosense manually here: https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support
    4. After you check the existence of Nitrosense, you go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates and download the updates. I recommend to keep checking for updates until there is no un-downloaded updates. (or at least until these installed [NOTE: my personal conclusion, because they have the same name as the nitrosense publisher])

    5. Restart your laptop, and it should go back to normal.

    If all nitrosense still have the same error, the only option left perhaps was to complete reset your laptop and all of its files (HYPOTHESIS ONLY, ONLY IF DESPERATE)

    I don't know if my experience will help you @sortmax, but if you want to try feel free to do so.

    Sincerely, a fellow Acer User

    This is something I would not prefer to do since reinstalling all my apps would take a considerable amount of effort. Honestly Acer should hire better developers that actually test their code before publishing it to thousands of devices and leave it without a hotfix for days …

    Well the solution was to just run nitrosense as Admin… Now it is up and running. To think it was so simple after trying so many things. Hope this helps other people ..

    Well i did try that with my nitrosense back then, but the problem still persist. I guess my problem is slightly different?. Regardless, it's a good thing to know and a good thing that it works for you 😊.

    It is strange actually. The first time you run as administrator you still get the same error. Then you kill NitroSense from the task manager (This is important you must completely end the process from the task manager). Then you run as admin again. It works when you do it the second time. A bit tedious but the only solution i have found so far
