AIO under warranty in the repair shop for 6 weeks and still not repaired.

Why ACER needs long time to repair it's own product, very disappointing, there is no estimated date yet when my AIO can be repaired, sigh!

    That's not unusual with a new model, it takes them time to filter spare parts out to the channel. The repair depot might not have done an early order for the parts as well. Each country has their own procedure.

    It is a risk if I don't have a backup PC, glad that I am still able to use my old AIO from another brand, as this is very old hence somehow slow but still working without any issue since day one, this demonstrates why my old AIO is far superior than the Acer AIO that I had bought.

    Well without knowing what your old model is I can't reply to the "far superior" comment. I think that the new chips, memory speeds and storage speeds far eclipse the older design…
