We are not supposed to advise on passwords so all I can recommend is to bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset BIOS for a small service charge.

If you've forgotten the BIOS entry passkey for your Acer laptop, you may need to reset the BIOS settings to regain access. Here's how you can do it:

Shutdown Your Laptop: Turn off your Acer laptop completely.

Access the CMOS Battery: Locate the CMOS battery on your laptop's motherboard. This battery helps retain BIOS settings, including the passkey. You may need to consult your laptop's manual or Acer's support website to find the exact location of the CMOS battery.

Remove the CMOS Battery: Carefully remove the CMOS battery from its socket on the motherboard. You may need to use a small screwdriver or similar tool to gently pry the battery out.

Wait for a Few Minutes: Once you've removed the CMOS battery, wait for a few minutes to allow the BIOS settings to reset.

Reinsert the CMOS Battery: After waiting, reinsert the CMOS battery back into its socket on the motherboard. Ensure it's securely seated.

Power On Your Laptop: Turn on your Acer laptop and enter the BIOS setup screen. Since the BIOS settings have been reset, you should no longer be prompted for the passkey.

Reset BIOS Settings (Optional): Once you've regained access to the BIOS setup screen, you can reconfigure the BIOS settings as needed. This may include setting a new passkey if desired.

Please note that opening your laptop and removing the CMOS battery may void your warranty, so proceed with caution. If you're uncomfortable performing these steps yourself, consider contacting Acer support for assistance. Additionally, ensure you have any important data backed up before resetting the BIOS settings, as it may cause some settings to revert to their default values.
