The Nitro ANV15-51 max ram speed is 5200MHz, be aware that your laptop is fitted with 2x 8GB DDR5-5600Mhz will show a combined max ram speed of 5200MHz and NOT 5600MHz in Task Manager.

This is the Acer Nitro ANV15-51 memory specs and types of rasm suitable for this laptop:

The Nitro ANV15-51 has a NVidia RTX4060 gpu for playing games and is utilized only for high end graphics (all other graphics is processed by the cpu graphics) if your NVidia settings are not correct then your games will lag. You need to install the NVidia specialist GeForce Experience Version: 3.28.0.412 as this NVidia software updates your drivers for the RTX4060 gpu and also adjusts your gpu for the appropriate and best game setting for over 1500 of the major games on the market for your gpu. Also, make sure that all windows updates are done, update the bios to the last version 1.10, install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and make sure all your Intel drivers are up to date.

Try that first as your laptop should not be lagging in any way from the hardware of your laptop, the only lag could be from the game that you are playing which probably needs your game to be updated. Good luck.

The 1.10 bios version is on the Acer support page for the ANV15-51 laptop bios section. And also, its not only the bios that has to be updated but make sure you play your games through the latest game ready RTX4060 driver and through the GeForce Experience software for the game that you play and should also come up in the GeForce Experience software.

Can you tell us more about the performance problem? If you say that the FPS is high, is the lagging from the FPS dropping lower or the network problem/high pings?

    is not about internet

fps is high but it micro stuttering in every game

i would like to ask you if 135w adaptor is enough for this laptop or should i upgrade it

if fps are high and not throttling i think this is the problem, he is not getting enough power or i am wrong?

Make sure the Windows is updated and any 3rd party Anti-Virus program should be deleted.

Just in addition to your guide, the Intel stutter is a common issue right across the whole range of PCs that use the integrated Intel graphics, the solution is to use the oem Intel Acer provided graphics driver (and allow windows update to update this driver for the appropriate and latest appropriate working driver, as that works) for your model PC and NOT install the Intel official and latest graphics drivers as that is what causes the stutter of the graphics.

It sounds like you're experiencing performance issues with your new laptop despite having updated drivers and performed troubleshooting steps. Since you've already tried several solutions without success, here are a few additional steps you can consider:

    1. Check for Background Processes: Use Task Manager to see if any background processes are consuming excessive CPU, memory, or disk resources. You may find some processes that are causing the lag or freezing.
    2. Check for Overheating: Ensure that your laptop is not overheating, as this can lead to performance issues. Use monitoring software to check the temperatures of your CPU and GPU during normal usage and gaming. If temperatures are high, consider cleaning the laptop's cooling system or using a laptop cooling pad.
    3. Scan for Malware: Run a full antivirus scan to check for any malware or viruses that could be affecting your system's performance.
    4. Check for Disk Fragmentation: Run a disk defragmentation tool to optimize the storage drive's performance. Fragmented files can slow down disk access times and contribute to overall system sluggishness.
    5. Check Power Settings: Ensure that your laptop's power settings are optimized for performance rather than energy saving. Sometimes, power-saving settings can limit the CPU's performance.
    6. Update BIOS: Make sure your laptop's BIOS is up to date. Sometimes, BIOS updates can improve system stability and performance.
    7. Contact Support: If none of the above solutions work, consider contacting the manufacturer's technical support for further assistance. They may be able to diagnose the issue more accurately or provide a solution specific to your laptop model.
