You can't rollback a new BIOS version, Windows security won't allow that for very good reasons, just perform a full charge cycle for the new BIOS to register your battery capacity. "Battery Draining" observed is mainly caused by wrong (edited) Power Plan settings, playing games without the adapter plugged-in, too small (Watt) adapters/USB-C chargers used, not shutting down completely, limiting battery charging to 80% with ACC and by the new Modern Stand-by mode protocol in Windows11. Also, Acer's Quick Access has an option that keeps the USB port charged after shutdown (disable that). Browse this forum how others solved battery draining issues, my take on this is: Don't get "obsessed" with modern Li-Ion battery conditions in a new laptop, just ignore it like you do with your smart phone, keep the adapter plugged in 24/7 without any effect on battery wear as the battery longevity theory is a myth. Microsoft recommends disabling Hibernate and Fast Startup (originally meant for slow HDDs, not for the fast NVMe SSDs these days), Balanced Power Plan and to reset Power Plan to factory defaults. Additionally, I recommend to disable "USB selective suspend" in advanced Power Plan settings and uncheck the power saving option in Properties-Power management for all network, USB controllers and PCIe drivers in Device Manager. A new laptop or battery needs to undergo only one full charge cycle to be registered by BIOS and MS ACPI drivers (called training or "calibration" in this community) that needs to be repeated after a BIOS update/flashing and Windows version upgrade/Reset/Clean install. Failing to do so can lead to wrong battery statistics in BIOS and Windows Battery meter, check this forum how to perform a full charge cycle. 😉

actually there's a way to degrade bios… i did it myself but have to do on your own risk…degrade may corrupt or brick bios chip….i just did couple of weeks ago but fortunately it didnt get corrupted

after various bios update i was only facing several issues.. laptop running even though turned off… keyboard lights on but screen black, not waking from sleep power issues.. after i degraded to v 1.02 previously first time i bought ..everything is normal now

    from my experience

i would suggest not to upgrade bios of acer nitro 5
