Ram supports 5600MHz only if you have the i9-13900HX CPU. otherwise up to 4800MHz only

Avoid modules with XMP Profile like Corsair Vengeance, BIOS does not support XMP profile. If you have the i9-13900HX model try these Crucial modules:

The Predator Helios PH16-71 model is quoted by Acer as operable with a max total ram of 32GB with 2x 16GB DDR5-5600MHz type modules. These are the ram modules that Acer recommend for the PH16-71 at DDR5-5600Mhz:

The Crucial upgrade scan Acer Predator Helios 16 PH16-71 RAM & SSD Upgrades list this laptop with a max total ram of 64GB with the Crucial 64GB Kit (2x32GB) DDR5-5600 SODIMM - DDR5-5600 • CL=46 • Non-ECC • SODIMM • 262-pins • 1.1V • 2Rx8 based • PC5-44800, so use these modules that Crucial recommends, as they guarantee their scans and their listed suggested ram and M.2 SSD drives. Good luck

I used the Crucial RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR5 5600MHz Laptop Memory CT2K16G56C46S5 fine. I unplugged the battery and the bios battery. Pressed the start button to ensure all power gone. Then changed over the sticks. Reconnected the bios battery and battery and booted up. It can take 2-3 mins of black screen before it anything shows.
