The microphone on my Acer Swift 3 SF 314-43 on AMD Ryzen 3 isn't working properly.

In the sound parameters, when checking the operation of the microphone, everything works. But as soon as I start a call in Zoom or Skype, nothing works. I mean, it works from time to time.. So I'm never sure if my interlocutor will hear th e moment i turn my mic on. I'm already tired of this. What is the problem?
This laptop is a big disappointment for me. The sound lags behind the picture, the microphone does not work normally, I can't turn on the virtual background in zoom, although the processor is quite fast...

    Hi,
Try reinstalling the driver for Microphone, go to Device Manager, expand Audio inputs and outputs, right click Microphone Array and select properties, move to Driver tab and uninstall the driver, reboot and let Windows install the driver.

    Hey there!
    It didn't work...
I've already tried to do this
My last hope is that if I'll update Windows from 10 to 11 it'll help

OK, try this, it might work because this utility worked very well for me, so hopefully it will resolve your issue.

Don't assume that a Windows upgrade will fix anything like this. Fix the mic problem then do the upgrade as a different project. W11 is not a panacea for issues like this, and can cause the problem to be much harder to diagnose. Likely the apps you are sing either have their sound permissions set wrong or they are trying to use the wrong mic.
