Greetings Everone,

I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-44-R1FD laptop. My screen started flickering and within a few weeks, it stopped working so I changed it with the new one.

Within a week of installation of the new screen, the new screen also started flickering. I don't know what to do now. Is there any problem with the ribbon or something else?

Make sure you have the latest graphics drivers and Bios , and I think you might need a replacement of the motherboard or the connector that connects gives output to your display , either of which if faulty it can cause extra current pushing to your display and damaging it .

I will try to re-update the bios and graphic drivers, but how can I find out whether it's a motherboard or connector problem, and if it's one of them how do I resolve them?

The connector means the connector or the ribbon connecting the display and motherboard.
