This means that the HDD itself is not recognized by your system. In this situation you're going to need to have your hard drive replaced. If you're under warranty call Acer asap and they'll repair it free of charge and reinstall your os (you'll be able to then burn a copy of your disks). If not, grab yourself a new HDD and contact Acer to order RCD media.

Sorry for the bad news, take care!

Well lets back up a bit. This means the PC is trying to boot from the network. It could be as simple as a corrupt BIOS setup.

First you need to go into the BIOS "Information" section and see if the HDD or SSD or EMMC is listed. Then select "BOOT"  and look if "Windows Boot Manager" is the first entry (top). If there but further down, move it up. If it is not there at all then it may be a bad drive.

The price of a HDD depends of your country. If you are in USA, you could check tigerdirect web page or newegg also. There you can find it so cheap stuff.

Also check your Bios and make sure your Computer is starting from the HDD instead of USB or Network option.
