PHN16 Keyboard light is fixed to blue color.Tried to reset Predator Sense app but still not changing

My keyboard light is fixed to blue it is not changing i tried to reset the Predator Sense app but still not changing.

    There are several different Helios Neo 16 machines. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like PHN16-xxx-xxxx. Does yours have Predator Sense installed and running? Which version?

    And without knowing which model you have, we can't guess as to whether you have any multi-color functionality or not… Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx.

    I had got Predator helios neo 16 laptop which was supporting rbg keyboard lighting for few days but now the keyboard light is fixed to blue. Im unable to change it.

    Yes! I have Predator Sense installed and running version V 4.1.635.
    The serial number is also - PHN16-xxx-xxxx

    I called the Acer team, and they sent me some files to download and run on VS code but nothing dint work.

    I need you to at least fill in the first xxx in PHN16-xxx-xxxx to know what model series you have. All the xs will also tell me which specific SKU you have. 4.1.635 should be the latest version, as long as you got it from the Acer support site for your version of the PHN16. The VS files are really only needed for an install. Since you seem to be getting the install to complete that's not likely your issue. Instead you seem to be running into a feature issue with that version, right?
