Did you download and install the Realtek driver version 6.0.9570.1 dated 2023/10/24 from Acer Support? https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support/Aspire_AL14-31P/downloads If still sound issues I recommend uninstalling all Realtek audio drivers in Safe Mode with DDU and just reboot, Windows11 will reinstall the latest drivers: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html
