acer predator neo 16 can't find g sync

i can't find my g sync in nivida control panel
my laptop is acer predator neo 16 i7 13gen 4050 rtx

    I solved, you need to change display mode to 'NVIDIA GPU only' in 'Control panel - 3D settings - Manage display mode'. Now you can find "Display" tap and there is set up G-SYNC menu.

    Me, too. On my laptop the sticker is just right there. And of course, I've assumed that must have g-sync. but there is no option for g-sync in the control panel.
