Display Issue with Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54

Hi everyone,
Recently I noticed a strage "grid/pattern" on the top/left part of my display. This problem is always visible even in the BIOS, but there is no problem with external displays (so I don't think that it's a GPU issue).
I opened my laptop and tried to disconnect/reconnect/move the display cable, but nothing changed.

Has anyone had similar problems? Is it an LCD problem? My laptop is out of warranty but I would be able to change the LCD myself.

Are the models on the @brummyfan2's list compatible?

Thanks and sorry for the dusty pictures

Go to Device Manager, expand Display adapters and right click the graphics card, select Properties, move to Driver tab and uninstall the driver, reboot and let Windows install the driver.

Hi Axxo, thanks for your reply. I tried what you said with both nvidia and intel drivers but nothing changed.
As I said, I have the same problem in BIOS and it affects only the top/right (I said left in my first message, my bad) part of the screen.
