Every time I try to download an app I get an error with a -101 tag on it.

I sincerely hope someone can help me or I wasted my money buying the Acer Iconia Tab 100.  Every single download attempt results in an error message with a -101 tag.  I have a 98% wi-fi connection so that should not be the problem.  I am also looking for a "coach my video" application for my Tab but the one I found will not download as it does not support my device even though it is Android.  Currently I am really sorry that I bought this product but hope you can help me feel differently.

    Hi!

    I'm not sure which version of Android you have and if things are different from my Note 2 but you can try that :

    Can you try going into "parameters", then "applications", switch to the tab "All" (On the right), scroll and click on "Google Play store" and select "delete data". Then try again to download an app from the store Smiley Wink I hope it fixes that!

    Regarding the specific app, it may not be available for the Iconia 100, some apps are unfortunately only available on some devices and not others...
