so i recently bought this laptop and trying to register it but i just keep getting error message after error message i been browsing here to find if there was someone with similar problems
when i register at

i get this error message
so then i went here
when i click the "click to chat i get this error message once again
so like is the entire warranty and support down or something i been trying to register it ever since i got the laptop i'm mostly assuming that since its December (now January) is there that much people registering to get the warranty?
