I was casually gaming when my Acer aspire 7 ryzen 5500U version suddenly turned off and now whenever I try to power on it by pressing the power key the power indicator (blue) blinks for 5 times and turn off. No fan noise so I guess laptop is not even starting. I plug the power cable or not it won't matter the situation remains the same and the charging won't turn on when I connect to power supply.

What could be the possible solution?

Things I tried : 1) reset button

2) tried different ram but the situation remains the same.

Please help me what should I do?

Power LED is indicating a HW issue, you changed the RAM but did not reset the CMOS or drained the power:
Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the CMOS module (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black, sometimes under the battery) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot.

You will need to charge the battery for the computer to turn on.

Just in addition, the problem that you could also be experiencing and are having is a shorted or blown circuit in the main power rail, as it could be that a circuit chip like a capacitor or a resistor has shorted but if a mosat has shorted, it could have affected and shorted your gpu which is terminal as you can't replace/change the gpu on this board and you will have to use the integrated graphics from the AMD Ryzen 5500U cpu or buy a new mainboard. Take your laptop to either Acer Tech support or an experienced technician in your area so that they can analyze your laptop, as you will not be able to fix this problem by resetting the CMOS or changing ram or anything else.

Update on the situation I removed the battery connector and shorted the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule. Then let it on charge overnight and turned on it is working now.
