Nitro 5 Sound not simultaneously working, on video call the music on YouTube not properly playing

That's what I'm thinking too. Because when I reverse it, I played music first then enter a video call. It immediately removes the music. So, is there any way to turn off the AI option for Acer Nitro?

I was able to fix the problem. There is a setting outside of sound that I found. For gaming laptops such as my Nitro 5, it has additional sound settings that we can make use of. Just turn off the AI noise reduction and you can play music, and watch videos while on a video call.
