Hi there,

i have a Predator PH717-71 and when i connect my Xbox 360 Controllers or Xbox One Controller it always gets recognized as player 2 and is not functioning in most games.

In Steam Controller overview there are 2 Entries called "Holtek USB-Hid Keyboard". What can i do that the keyboard isn't recongnized as a controller anymore?

After hours of try and error i found the solution, there is a "Xbox 360-Controller for Windows" device in the device manager even if no controller is connected. First I uninstalled it but after every restart the device would be there again, but disabling the device did the trick! Now my controller all work correctly!

    Thanks

What games you are having problem with recognizing the Xbox as the primary controller input?

@AnhEZ28 all games that have a local 4 Player Coop Mode. The problem is that it starts assigning the xbox 360 wireless controller at player 2, so when I connect 3 Controller (assigned Player 2, 3 and 4) the last controller doesn't connects because the system thinks it already has 4 active xbox controller connected.

I think the Acer Multimedia Keyboard always takes the place of being Player 1. But i don't know how to tell the system that the Keyboard isn't a Gaming Controller.
