Run a Battery Report in Windows11 (Command Prompt: powercfg /batteryreport) and check the latest capacity vs. the design capacity. If that is way down or even zero you need to replace the battery. If the report is completely blank, BIOS is not detecting the battery, boot to BIOS with F2 and reset with F9 (inside BIOS), save settings on exit and reboot, generate a new Battery Report. What are the LEDs at the side of the laptop indicating when the adapter is plugged in?

You can also try to uninstall the 2 battery drivers on the picture below with Device manager and just reboot, W11 will reinstall the drivers.

Calibre la bateria desde la app de acer e hice el reporte nuevamente, esos son los datos.. Sigue sin poder prender sin estar conectado @AnhEZ28

Try to do the power reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds while the laptop is off and the charger is unplugged. If that doesn't work, you can contact local Acer for the warranty repair.
