Acer spin 513-2h chromebook sound problem

most of the time theres not sound ,sometimes just internment

this has just started

have reset and powerwashed

please help

    Intermittent sound can be hard to diagnose. Does it happen only when doing certain things, or is it generally all over the place? If it's only when doing some things then we should be looking at what causes it, if it's anywhere then the issue might actually be hardware. Are you still in warranty? If so get in touch with Acer support to see what they say. If you are out of warranty you might open it up and look at the wires for the speakers, to make sure they aren't pinched or coming loose. With the laptop case opened and the battery removed the speaker wires are here (A):

    it seems to do it most when i put it in tent mode ,but only does it maybe 1 in 3 times ,sometimes it wont work boot also ,but if i open and close the laptop or put it in tablet mode it sometimes comes back
