Yes, I reset computer
Yes, the Keys are not damage
Every normal suggestion has been done and has not fix the problem

The Z key and Windows key don't function, there is no one else with this problem and now i'm asking here. They were working until last week, it just suddenly stops. Only these two keys and maybe A key are effected or becomes next. I Use Z a lot for work, pressing Ctrl + Z a lot. I do not know why Windows key stopped working, it had little use.

Try an external KB or OSK (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-the-on-screen-keyboard-osk-to-type-ecbb5e08-5b4e-d8c8-f794-81dbf896267a#ID0EBBD=Windows_10) to check if the problem replicates or is a HW problem. If your KB is faulty bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country to check the contacts and KB cable.
