my charger is not working

Check the large AC 3-pin power plug if it is fully inserted in the inlet of the power adapter and on the other end if that 3-pin AC plug is properly plugged in a working grounded electric wall socket without using a 3-2 pin plug adapter or extension cord. Then check the DC power out cable if the barrel pin is fully inserted in the DC port of your laptop, the pin should click when inserted properly and must be tight. If you touch the plug and wiggle it there should be no change in the amber charge LED. If this is a replacement adapter tell us what you bought (picture) with the full model name of your laptop and we will check if the adapter is compatible.
