    Good day

Yes, you can move the apps using an application. Download one of these apps:

    https://play.google.com/store/search?q=move+apps+to+sd+card&c=apps

Really? Do you own an Acer Iconia a110? Because there is no way to move apps to the external sd without rooting, and there is no method for rooting with the 4.1.2 firmware.  I've been researching this for about a month now, the best you can do is look for an app to swap your external sd card with you internal sd card.

I love my a110, but this is one of my biggest peves about it, the only app I've downloaded that let me access the external sd was Bards Tale, you can download the additional data to the external sd card.  Other then that, you're SOL.  External sd can be used for media, all apps are stored to the internal sd without the option to move them to the external sd.

So, just to recap, No, you cannot move apps to the external SD, none of the apps in the play store will allow you to move apps to the external SD, and rooting is not an option, unless you haven't updated to firmware 4.1.2.

You're mostly correct and I share your frustration. However I'm finding some apps now offer extsd support e.g. mapfactor navigator and Anquet osm.
    Good luck.
