Acer Aspire XC-885 got blue screenproblems after upgrading from 8Gb to 32Gb memory

I got a lot of Blue-screens and I finally reinstalled Windows and went back to the 8Gb memory card. The manual says it is important to select Dual channel mode when using e.g. 2 16Gb memory cards, but how do I do this selection or should it happen automatically? Do I need to upgrade my BIOS? How do I do this?
I have again tried to insert the two 16Gb memory modules and run CPU-Z to see the condition (attached). So far no blue screens today

    As far as I know, it's automatic.

    The reseating probably fixed it.

    Thank you, but the reseating did not fix it. After the PC going to sleep once and being waked up again by a keystroke, it started to make a constant beeping noise. I therefore tried to remove one of the 16Gb cards, and keep only one. For now it seems OK.

    Clean the contacts with an rubber eraser.

    Your CPU-Z image shows you have one XMP banks and three JEDEC banks. That doesn't make sense to me, so I'm assuming it's an issue with CPU-Z itself. Since the chipset doesn't have support for XMP memory your system is clocked down to the base speed for the XMP. Here are memory specs for the XC-885:

    Since you don't have the memory in matched pairs, dual channel is disabled for those sticks. The 1066 speed displayed is actually 2133 MT/s, so quite a bit slower than either the 2400 or 2666 suggested. Return the two 16GB sticks and get two 16GB JEDEC 2666 sticks to realize full speed.

    I don't understand match of these things, but for now it seems to work OK with only one of the 16Gb sticks. I attach here a picture of the two 16GB sticks that I try to use.

    Yes, those are XMP memory, so will run really slow in your system. They will not run at 2666MHz.

    I have the same problem. I got G.Skill Aegis 32 Gt (2 x 16 Gt) DDR4 2666 MHz, CL19 sticks and when I put them both I get just constant peep sound, nothing else. Either one works just fine alone in either slot. Wont work with previous 8 gb memory what came with the pc. All work just fine when it`s the only stick.
