CPU thermal module air duct might be clogged. Or possibly liquid coolant tube might have leaked. What is nitro 5 model number? For example, AN515-57?

Did you pay to have this done? This model appears to have sealed coolant tubes in the thermal module —- not open air ductwork —- from the CPU & GPU heatsinks. They are more fragile & need extra care when re-pasting the heatsinks to avoid leaks. You need to take this back to whoever did this and ask them to make it right.

He Took around $5 only because i bought the RAM and SSD from him

I remembered something from that day when he removed heatsink he peeled off the duct tape on each side

and when assembling he didnt put that black tape on right side fan and on the left side fan the tape dint stick

    Is this the problem??

Doubtful. Take it back to him as soon as possible. Don't delay by trying to guess it's a duct tape problem. The CPU and mainboard can be permanently damaged if exposed to temperatures above 90*C too many times.

Yes same game but i didn't connect it to charger in store

I just tried gaming without connecting it to charger and max cpu temp is 68

I searched in google about this and found something in reddit about cpu not work fully when unplugged

And it only gets full power when plugin

That's probably true. If the game plays OK on battery alone, then the game doesn't need to use full power when plugged in. It's a waste of energy which dissipates as useless heat. You can adjust plugged-in setting by clicking on the battery icon and move slider to middle for better balance or even more to the left.

im changed power plan and set max processor state to 99% is it ok?? will this harm my laptop

Doing this reduced temp from 92C to 74C i only played for like 10 minutes no reduction in FPS

I also want to try setting it to 75% and would like to know if its ok to do so

90% max processor state usually recommended.
