The Usb pen is formatted F32 and for UEFI, Bios has been modified as per all the instructions given to other user on same subject, but still unable to boot. Any further suggestion?

    Bootable USB ??

    Boot Enable, Enabled in Bios

My Acer, delete to enter bios, moved boot priority to removeable device (inserted) , save and exit. Rebooted it skipped the USB and back to windows login. I rebooted with F12 and got this screen. I selected the flash drive and it rebooted to my installation USB.

Go into the BIOS and verify the F12 boot menu is enabled. By default it is disabled. Then plug the USB drive in, reboot and choose F12 during POST, at the same time as you would go into the BIOS. From that menu all UEFI bootable devices should be listed and you can choose the flash drive.
