Did you update your BIOS with version 1.20 yet? https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/BIOS/BIOS/BIOS_Acer_1.20_A_A.zip?acerid=638306161860097382&Step1=&Step2=&Step3=NITRO%20AN517-54&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=PA_6
Boot to Safe Mode (keep the Shift key down and click on Restart, select in the Troubleshoot advanced menu Restart F4. Or type Safe Mode in the Windows search bar), If you work for a while in Safe Mode (with the Windows Base Video driver) without any screen Blackouts you need to uninstall all your display drivers in Safe Mode with DDU, make sure internet is working: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html Just reboot and Windows will reinstall the latest GPU drivers.
Thank you very much for the instructions, but ,
I'm not that savvy with computers and I'll need instructions like 1 by 1 on what to do .
The instructions are complicated for me.
Download BIOS and then what to do?
