    Tanslation :

Do you mean that you can't install any applications on the micro SD card that we can add in the phone ? If yes, I'm having the same issue, every time I'm trying to install an application, I got an error message stating that there is not enough free space while my micro SD card is empty and is a 32Gb one.

sure, no problem, the thing is that we don't understand how to use the micro sd card that you can add in the phone, mine is a 32Gb one and completely empty and the phone is keep telling me that I don't have enough space when  I'm trying to install an application.

We have found some instructions on the web, but for each of it, it looks like the phone needs to be rooted, personnally, I had no idea what doest that means, and if it could cause any security issue, or if the warranty will not be valid anymore after doing this... looks like there is some risk to do this, and so don't want to do it on my phone...

So question is, how can we do to user that micro sd card without having to root the phone?

    Thx.

I have tried several applications like app2sd, move2sd, ... but each of them allow me only to move applications from phone memory to internal sd card, not to the external one...

still looking for a solution, without having to root the device, but unfortunately, at this time, don't find one yet.

Please note that this doesn't seems to be an issue with ACER, as on the web, you can see that many people, with other brand like Samsug or else are having the same issue, so looks like more an issue with android... but I'm not a specialist at all in smartphones...

    Hi!

It is possible to copy an application from your device to your external SD card ("sd card 2") without rooting the device. It needs to be done in 2 steps:

    1) First of all, download an "app back up" application (for e.g. "Astro File Manager", or "App Backup & Restore ").  You can use this back up app to create a copy of your applications in the phone's USB Storage (also called "sd card", which is a virtual USB storage in the phone, a partition of the phone's internal memory).

    2) In File Manager, browse to the folder "sdcard/backups/apps"; you should see the APK files of all the apps you backed up. Copy the entire "apps" folder and paste it to the "sdcard2" directory (which is your SD card).

Hope it helps, any issues please do let me know!
