Would these parts be compatable with my pc…

Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 2 TB

Corsair Vengeance LPX 64 GB (4 x 16 GB) DDR4 2666 MHz

Corsair white iCUE AF120 RGB ELITE 120mm PWM x6

Also an external power button (keyboard switch).

The M.2 slot is PCIe x4 gen 3 and also supports x2 and SATA. So I wouldn't pay extra to get the 980 Pro since it will run at the gen 3 speeds, not gen 4. The memory looks correct, 2666 and 16GB per stick. Most people changing the cooling are going with the Noctua NH-D9L setup, it fits the case size for the PO3 models. I'm not sure you have enough room for six fans in your case… The power button is just a momentary contact switch connected to the motherboard front panel connector, so could be most anything.

Would the Samsung 970 EVO Plus be a good m.2 than?

Yup, that's a well respected brand and should work great.

    Hi

can the case for this PO5-600s take a standard size ATX motherboard for an upgrade?

    thanks

The PO5-600s uses a micro-ATX form factor board. A full sized ATX will likely not fit.
