Is it worth upgrading my acer aspire xc 830 DESKTOP for more speed
Hi,
I have an acer aspire xc 830 DESKTOP - Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) J4005 CPU @ 2.00GHz - Memory RAM: 4.00 GB (3.81 GB usable)
In Windows 11, it is pretty slow, is it worth upgrading for more speed, or am I better buying a new Acer PC?
I would appreciate some advice,

Yes, to run Windows 11 you need newer hardware, if you think you can use this PC for a couple of years for your work, you can upgrade memory up to 8GB 2x4GB and if you already don't have a M.2 SATA SSD, get a M.2 SATA SSD 512GB and install, it will improve the performance slightly.

Just remember the pc you've picked is likely to have a 300w power supply and will severely restrict the type of graphics card you can install , but if you don't need a graphics card then your good to go .

Good reviews and says it will do what I need.
