Concept7 USB Ports constantly disconnecting, freezing, "out of memory" message
Over past few weeks I am having contant issues with the Concept7 USB ports not working. They freeze, don't register drives and are totally unreliable. These are the posts on right side, two USB-A and the USB-C. Mouse constantly disconnets in those ports, doesn't recognize portable drives, then does, then doesn't - when copying get drives disconnected even though they haven't been touched. Restarting the PC corrects - till it starts again. Even get drive out of memory when it isn't. Anyone else experience this?

Open Device manager and check these 3 folders: Universal Serial Bus Controllers and Universal Serial Bus Devices and USB connector managers. If you see any yellow exclamation marks or Unknown greyed out device you have to uninstall those and reboot. also check the hidden devices (top menu). If there is nothing marked and if you click on properties on the USB devices and it states "Working properly" then there are no driver issues. Possibly a hardware problem: I recommend bringing your laptop to Acer Services in your country.
