AN515-57 starts lagging very heavily after few minutes of being under stress.

I've been having my laptop for a year now and it only started happening like 2 weeks ago. I don't know which component (CPU/GPU/RAM) can cause this so I'll give longer explanation. My laptop starts lagging very heavily (looks like 5-10 fps) and even when I turn off the game it still persist. The only way to stop it is to restart my laptop. This happens to me when I play BF2042 normally. Happens when I play Elden Ring but only with discord/browser opened. Happened even when I was downloading game on steam (all 12 threads were used in 95%) and I had discord opened. Those were the most prominent situations but probably would happen in any game if I set up higher graphic settings. If anyone has a way to solve this problem that doesn't require a lot of in-depth knowledge of computers I would appreciate it, because I'm in college in a city I'm not from so I can't lose my laptop for 3 weeks. My friend told me it can be caused by my nvidia card operating the game while dedicated card does all the rest (discord, browser, desktop) so if anyone has idea how to change this I'd also be grateful.
