My Predator PHN16-71 single stick ram is working duel stick not working

I have tried this method

single slot 1 stick ram is working in any slot ( new+old ram)
duel stick ram i have try to change their slot from 1 to 2 and vise verca still no display coming

means single stick is working fine in any slot both for new ram and old ram but when i try to install 2 ram at once no display

i have tried this method

remove ram stick from 2 slot then remove cmos battery then remove main battery and press and hold power button for more then 60 seconds but so far no display

and if i remove one ram and then its showing bios reset and display came so that means bios reset is working

The new RAM module I attempted to install is the "KINGSTON FURY IMPACT 16GB DDR5 4800MHZ GAMING SODIMM RAM."

Hey

DDR 5 sometimes needs training and that takes sometime depending on the ram stick, so what I would recommend is to add the new stick together with what you had, and when you turn on the laptop just click once on the power button, it will not show anything on the screen for a couple minutes, once its trained you will see the POST screen show up

I have upgraded my ram recently to 64gb and had to go through the same process.

I think that the Fury XMP 3.0 profile that overclock to the highest frequency may be the problem (BIOS does not support XMP): You have an Intel i7 CPU and RAM speed is limited to 4800 MHz. Also, the 2 DDR5 modules should form a kit for best performance (2 identical SODIMMS), 32GB total RAM is OK.

This is the ram that works 100% in dual channel mode with your Predator PHN16-71 laptop, don't install overclocked ram, keep both ram modules the same manufacturer and specs.

Is there any way to use my current RAM? It is the same as 4800mhz. Are there any settings I need to turn on, like an XMP profile? Please let me know @all
