Unable to get display on my K202Q using AN515-53 and cant get live support

Hello can not get live support at all

trying to get display K202Q

MMV0CAA001XXXXto connect to my AN515-53

NHQ3YAA001XXXX acer nitro 5 laptop

it says no signal when I turn on the monitor with laptop on

connected with HDML

can not open drivers

getting angry and frustrated just got this display from amazon this morning

    Do you see the splash screen when you first turn on the monitor? If you go into the OSD is the HDMI input selected on the monitor? On the laptop, when you press Windows-P is it set to Extend?
