I recently had issues related to my computer freezing and often crashing. I noticed with some testing around to try to pin point the full error that low end games like Roblox and Bloons TD6 seem to have a high crash rate when the PC freezes. Now, I'll state that I purchased the PC from a third party service (Costco UK), and I'm wondering if this still allows me to contact Acer themselves to help resolve this issue. My other point was that I have refunded my original PC and I then bought the same model from the same seller (Costco UK) and this computer is having the exact same issue.
I am now actually begging for any way to get this resolved since I've tried alot; updating drivers, checking task scheduler, complete fresh resets on the PC. the only one I'm not sure on is "Safe Boot", can anyone explain how I can use that to "pin point the issue"? since I'm not that great with PC's.
Thank you all so much, I'm hoping this gets fixed!

Sure, Acer support can help you. Most often those types of issues are software related, but occasionally we will see hardware doing something similar. Since you had two with the same symptoms though I'm going to lean more to the software. What have you installed? Have you removed anything? A safe boot helps to narrow it down, since in a safe boot none of the third party apps are running. Press your Windows key and start typing 'msconfig'. Part way through you will see the option for System Configuration and just hit return when it shows up. Go to the Boot tab and select safe mode with network turned on.

well, I mean, what do I do in safe boot, and how does it "narrow" down the software, can you elaborate?

So when you do a safe boot only the Windows apps and drivers are started, any of the third party ones aren't. If the issue persists then we know it's something in your base Windows load, and not a game or app you have installed. You can get into safe boot using msconfig in the Boot tab.
